Throughout this process we may need to contact you to update you on your status, so please remember to provide us with a valid email address. In addition, be sure to check your SPAM mail or JUNK mail folders, as in many cases your ISP may filter these messages, believing they were unsolicited.
Become an Arise Certified Professional

First, to become an Arise Certified Professional, complete the online profile form which captures important professional and educational information. You must be 18 years of age. Apply Now Doing so will give you an identification number to use as you complete the Admissions process. You can return to the Admissions process at any point within 45 days.

Next, complete the Ideal Match assessment for computer proficiency, business judgment, data entry, typing and voice proficiency, and your business acumen. This 45-minute process helps ascertain that you have the skills to become an Arise Certified Professional and helps Arise better understand how to effectively assess your skills to recommend a wide variety of client opportunities, whether sales, service, or technical support. You will be sent a Login ID that you will use to access the Ideal Match tool.
Applicants that do not pass any portion of this assessment must wait three months before being eligible to apply again.

Review the contractual documentation under which Virtual Services Corporations provide their customer interaction services to Arise's clients. You will not be asked to sign this document at this time. You should, however, have an understanding of the contractual relationship that a Virtual Services Corporation would enter into with Arise.

Finally, as a virtual agent / representative, many clients entrust ACPâ„¢s with important company information. Each applicant is required to complete a national criminal background check. The period of time covered by this investigation will vary, but Arise reserves the right to consider any information that predates the period covered by the background check. You will receive simple instructions about how to submit the request to U.S. Information Search, including a $13.00 fee ($26.00 for the following states: MA, CO, NV, SD, CA and VT). Once completed, your results are sent to Arise within three to four business days.

You are now able to enroll in the Arise basic certification program ACP101 - an introductory e-certification program ($99) - which, when successfully completed, will allow you to qualify as an Arise Certified Professional. Since the program is self-paced, you may complete it in as little as 20 hours, but you have 10 full calendar days if you need the extra time.
Establish a Virtual Services Corporation
Arise will only contract with an incorporated entity to provide customer interaction services. Arise will not contract directly with any Arise Certified Professional. In order to do business with Arise, you need to establish a Virtual Services Corporation which is merely an incorporated entity that you own through which you desire to operate your customer interaction services business. The cost to incorporate varies by state and is paid to the state in which you choose to incorporate. You can use any pre-existing incorporated entity that you own or form a new incorporated entity. There is no limitation on the type of incorporated entity that is acceptable to Arise.

Set Up a Home Office, Meeting Technology Requirements and Other Specifications
All Virtual Services Corporations that have affiliated with Arise are required to have an office set-up that meets Arise's service specification standards to assure that the services are provided consistent with the highest industry standards. If your computer is less than five years old, it most likely meets the computer requirements. This document outlines the required technology and other specifications, including:
