The request is submitted to the search partner via the web. It takes approximately three to four business days to receive the results.
Q4: Can an Arise Certified Professional provide service on a part time basis and service more than one client application?
A4: To maintain proficiency, Arise Certified Professionals service each of their clients for no less than a minimum of 15 hours each week. Each client’s minimum weekly hour requirement varies.
Many Arise Certified Professionals work at least 25 hours each week.
Q5: How long will it take before my Virtual Services Corporation can begin making money with Arise?
A5: The Admissions process can be completed in as little as seven days! Certification courses to become certified to service a particular client's call or other type of interaction can take between 2 days and several weeks. Q6: How much will my Virtual Services Corporation earn from affiliating with Arise?
A6: Virtual Services Corporations are compensated twice monthly by Arise for the services that it rendered by its Arise Certified Professionals. The compensation is usually a fixed rate -- by call, by minute, or by hour -- that varies by client for either calls answered/transactions processed or minutes worked each hour. Whether the rate is paid on a per-call, per-minute or per-hour basis, it generally adds up to between $10 and $14 per hour, with some sales and service applications providing performance incentives and bonuses.
Q7: When and how do I get results during and after completing the Admissions process?
A7: At the end of each section, you will receive an email message informing you of your results. Please be sure to check your SPAM mail or JUNK mail folders for, in many cases, your ISP may filter these messages, believing they were unsolicited.

AOL and other ISPs that are restricted and do not operate in the same manner as conventional ISP's. They conflict with the Arise firewall and thus do not allow for normal operation of service applications.

The Arise Support Desk provides live support, 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for Arise related system issues.
