Arise Good Morning America Promotion
As the only player in the contact center industry with a presence in 49 states, ABC’s Good Morning America recently featured Arise, as we announced a national expansion initiative to recruit 4,000 new independent customer interaction professionals before the end of the year. Arise’s client roster includes three Fortune 10, and ten Fortune 500 companies, as well as premium brands like Home Depot, Walgreens, the American Automobile Association (AAA), Carnival Cruise Line, Virgin Atlantic and Virgin America.
Arise was founded as Willow CSN eleven years ago to provide opportunities to people with disabilities to work from home. It didn’t take us long to figure out that there were people from all walks of life who wanted to become small business owners with a flexible work schedule, and who wanted to avoid the costs and time associated with a cumbersome daily commute to another workplace, so we threw our doors open to people just like you!
We certify thousands of Virtual Services Corporations (VSCs) who come from a variety of groups such as stay-at-home parents, military spouses, retirees, college students and persons with disabilities, and those who are eager to invest in their own business to answer calls, e-mail and provide interactive chat services from their home offices. We also have opportunities for bilingual agents and those with an interest in consumer electronics and computers (Mac or PC). VSCs choose specifically when and with which Arise clients they would like to work. There is no limit to the number of hours per week that a VSC can service.
